Create a caching tier on Windows Azure to reduce API key hits
Currently, the app hits the services directly to get weather and location info. It might be interesting to create a caching tier on Azure. That way, the app would hit the caching tier instead of the services directly. That way, if many users want to know
the weather for, say, New York City, at the same time, the caching tier only needs to hit the weather service one time. Perhaps keep weather info for each location cached for 15 minutes or so.
